A timing belt is a rubber belt which connects the crankshaft to the camshaft and controls the opening and closing of the engine’s intake and exhaust valves. It should be replaced regularly in order to prevent it from breaking, which it will do eventually if not replaced and the damage will generally be catastrophic. Although replacing a timing belt is not an inexpensive repair, it is significantly less expensive than repairing the resulting damage should that timing belt slip or break.
We have timing belts for most car makes and modes.
